The initial renovations included improvements to the land where the homes are located to make it more attractive for the developers for the condos to add to the mix. The building should also have ample bathrooms, showers and storage for the occupants of the apartments.
While new apartments are being built right now, there are a few short to medium term plans, as existing buildings are not yet completed. Additionally, there are no clear plans for how to secure the land for future renovations.
